Training & Placement Cell

The Training & Placement Cell works as a bridge between students and the pharmaceutical industry. It supports career readiness through structured training, industry interaction, internships and placement facilitation. The framework below is aligned with common Training & Placement practices followed in pharmacy institutions.

To develop competent, confident and industry-ready pharmacy graduates by integrating academic excellence, practical exposure and professional ethics in every stage of student development.

Mission & Objectives

  • Strengthen institute-industry interaction through MoUs, guest lectures and industrial visits.
  • Provide continuous placement preparation in aptitude, communication, resume writing, GD and interviews.
  • Facilitate internships and project exposure to improve real-world pharmaceutical skills.
  • Support students for diverse career pathways in production, QA/QC, regulatory and healthcare sectors.
  • Promote ethical, inclusive and transparent placement opportunities for all eligible students.
